TERMS AND CONDITIONS

REPAIR ORDERS

TURN-AROUND TIME:
Repair time is an average of (3-5) working days or less from receipt of equipment at MicroLogic Systems, Inc. to shipment to the customer.

48 HOUR:
Expediting is available for an additional charge of $50.00 per module.

WARRANTY:
6 months on all logic board repairs and 3 months on all mechanical repairs.   Effective date is the date of original shipment to the customer.  On whole unit repairs the warranty applies to the repaired part only.

DIAGNOSTIC FEE:
$35.00 for problem determination or refused estimate. (No warranty coverage on these services).

SHIPPING:
Shipping costs both ways are the responsibility of the customer.

PRINTER & PARTS ORDERS

SPECIAL ORDERS:
Orders placed that are not common stocking items will only carry the warranty provided by our vendor.  New parts that have been opened are NOT returnable.  Warranty advanced exchanges don't apply and all items are not returnable for a restocking fee.

ADVANCED EXCHANGE:
Advanced exchange items will be shipped the same day subject to availability.  Advanced exchange items must be returned to MicroLogic within five (5) working days or be invoiced at current market price as determined by MicroLogic.  Defective parts returned must be in as failed condition.  Any previously worked on items can't be accepted and will be invoiced at the current market value as determined by MicroLogic.

RETURNS:
New parts that have been opened are not returnable.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all sale returns.  In order to return a part for the 20% restock fee, the part must be returned within thirty (30) days of the original purchase.  Parts that are older than thirty (30) days can't be returned unless defective.  Any item purchased under $100.00 can't be returned for a restocking fee.  All returns must have a return authorization number.

WARRANTY:
3 months on all parts, whole unit sales and exchanges.  Effective date is the date of original shipment to the customer.  Warranty is voided if MicroLogic barcode sticker is removed.

SHIPPING:
Shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer.  On warranty replacements MicroLogic will ship the same method as the original order, at no charge to the customer.  Any deviation from this will be at the customers expense.
